My journey began in Las Vegas, where I had the incredible opportunity to pursue a degree in Computer Science at Dominican University in Chicago, while also playing college baseball. Throughout my time at the university, I immersed myself in various projects, gaining a strong foundation in computer science, coding, and IT. These experiences culminated in the successful completion of my bachelor’s degree, and I brought my newfound expertise back to my hometown, Las Vegas.
As a tech enthusiast, I’ve had the privilege of working as a Web Developer and Social Media Marketer for two esteemed batting facilities: “Marucci Clubhouse” and “Goin’ Yard Baseball and Softball Facility.” My roles allowed me to not only leverage my web development skills but also explore innovative ways to engage audiences through social media.
Beyond my tech career, I’ve embraced diverse part-time opportunities that have shaped my character and skills. From working as a “Retail Merchandiser” at ReddyIce to being a “Helper Driver” for UPS, each experience has contributed to my adaptability and problem-solving capabilities. Additionally, my passion for helping others led me to become a Personal Trainer and undertake freelance work, creating small logos and websites.
However, my true fulfillment lies in coaching a 13u club baseball team. Being able to impart knowledge and serve as a potential role model for young players brings me immense joy and a sense of giving back to the community that shaped me. Alongside my coaching endeavors, I indulge in my love for Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) training, where discipline and perseverance thrive.
Recognizing the importance of continuous learning, I’m currently pursuing an A+ Certification, aiming to achieve it by year-end. This certification will not only solidify my technical knowledge but also open doors to exciting career opportunities.
